A little over 4 years ago, my husband and I decided to do an addition to our home with an aim of giving it a modern look. As we shopped around for the interior design and furniture/fittings, we found Oppein in one of our many walks. On entering the establishment, the ambiance created had my head in a spin as I wanted to try every idea they had brought to life. Coupled with this, the rep that gave us the walk through was knowledgeable about the products and gave me the power to create my own vision. The site visit, consultations, and design process, in my mind, had one goal – to make my every wish a reality. Arriving at my ideal price took some work, but at no point did I feel as if I was not a valued customer. When I heard about a ‘payment plan’, I was totally sold. It didn’t end there. Installation day came, and four years later, I can still call to ask guidance on any aspect of what was installed. Oppein is more than a business. It is an extension of family – a village that has your best interest at heart.
